1. Flexible Delivery Models -- Unlike any other MSSP, Perimeter offers 2 distinct models - CPE and our unique hosted Gateway Defender solution. Some clients even use a combination of both CPE and Defender. What this indicates is that different clients prefer different solutions and only Perimeter can satisfy a diverse client base with different needs.

2. Best-of-Breed Technology -- Perimeter is technology agnostic. We understand that to be competitive in the R&D and manufacture of technology products, one can only succeed with tremendous volume. For this reason, we strongly believe it is best for the client if their service provider focuses on "service" and offers the best available product in the market while maintaining the flexibility to change technology when appropriate. Our role is to stay current and perform continuous testing of available products in the market on behalf of our clients.

A. CPE -- Perimeter supports devices from the industry's leading providers comprising approximately 85% of the security appliance market, including Fortinet, Cisco, CheckPoint, Netscreen (Juniper), Sonicwall, etc. These devices offer a complete solution that incorporates Firewall, Intrusion Prevention, Intrusion Detection, Anti-Virus, Content Filtering and VPN.

B. Gateway Defender -- By connecting clients to our robust, multi-million dollar security platform, our unique gateway Defender service provides clients with a pre-integrated, best of breed network defense platform comparable to that of the largest financial institution or corporation.

3. Complete Solution -- Whether using our CPE or Defender delivery models, Perimeter clients can take advantage of virtually all of our many services. As a result, it is very simple and cost-effective for clients to add services. As security risks change and new technology is developed to address those risks, we research, test, purchase and integrate this new technology and offer it to our clients on demand. This adaptive quality is critical in providing "real security" as well as maintaining regulatory compliance.

4. Financial Stability -- Regulated industries such as banking and healthcare face significant regulatory pressure with regard to vendor due diligence. As a result, it is getting difficult for regulated organizations to explain outsourced vendor relationships with red ink. Perimeter has been profitable (Net Income) every month since December 2001.
