Lists containing tens of thousands of stolen email account usernames and passwords have shown up online over the past few days in what researchers say likely came out of multiple phishing attacks.

New phishing attacks are circulating using text messages and automated phone messages to collect account information.  Card holders from banks and credit unions are being prompted to call a phone number and enter their personal and account information to reactivate their account.
 
Never give any personal or account information to an unauthorized communication.  Financial institutions will never use text messages or automated phone messages to contact their members.
