Brad Miller, Chairman of the Board |
 | | |  | | |  | Brad Miller joined the company in May 2000 as CEO. Under his leadership, company revenues have grown more than 3,000 percent. Based on that achievement, Perimeter was named to both the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 and the Connecticut Technology Fast 50 four consecutive years, from 2004-2007. Perimeter's business success was detailed in The Business of Software by Michael Cusumano, Distinguished Professor of Management at MIT and BALLS 6 Rules for Winning Today's Business Game by Alexi Venneri. The Business of Software was recently honored as one of the top business books of 2004 by Steve Lohr of the New York Times.  Mr. Miller was honored as Business New Haven's Innovator of the Year in 2009 and an Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Finalist in 2001. In 2007, the firm was honored as the Frost & Sullivan North American Entrepreneurial Company of the Year. Previously, Mr. Miller served from July 1997 to April 2000 as Chief Operating Officer of PRG, the leading supplier of entertainment technology products and services with over $300 million in revenue. From July 1988 until June 1997, Mr. Miller was employed at Schroders PLC, most recently as a Director in the investment banking department. Mr. Miller received his MBA from Columbia University Business School in 1988 and his BA in economics from Franklin and Marshall College in 1985. He is or has been a director of Cybergnostic.net, PRG, Palomar Technologies, Inc., a privately-held manufacturer of various technology-based industrial products, and DistributedMedia.com, a provider of Internet enabled audio/visual advertising to the retail market.

Richard Dobrow, President / Chief Operating Officer |
 | | |  | | |  | CPA, CISA As Chief Operating Officer of Perimeter, Mr. Dobrow is responsible for all security operations. Prior to Perimeter, Mr. Dobrow co-founded Guarded Networks, a managed security service provider for financial institutions. At Guarded Networks, Mr. Dobrow was responsible for the overall strategic direction and operational management of the company. Prior to Guarded Networks, Mr. Dobrow served as a Practice Leader for leading professional services companies such as Price Waterhouse and Andersen in their technology risk businesses.Over the past ten years, Mr. Dobrow has aided Fortune 500 companies and financial institutions of all sizes build secure network architectures, assess impact of security related events and help to develop corporate-wide information security frameworks. Mr. Dobrow is experienced in regulatory compliance requirements of financial institutions and has been involved in many cases of aiding financial institutions to meet their regulatory compliance requirements by working closely with FDIC, Federal Reserve Bank, OCC, OTS and NCUA examiners.
Mr. Dobrow has obtained license as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). Mr. Dobrow currently develops curriculum for information security programs at the university level and is an instructor of Information Security in Florida International University's Masters of Information Systems program. | |  | | |  | |

Doug Howard, Chief Strategy Officer, Perimeter eSecurity and President, USA.NET |
 | | |  | | |  | As Chief Strategy Officer of Perimeter, Doug is responsible for the Mergers & Acquisition and the Service Strategy for the Company. In addition, he is the President of USA.NET which is wholly owned subsidiary of Perimeter. Prior to joining Perimeter, he served as COO of BT Counterpane where he was responsible for the business's ongoing operations. He led a team responsible for the development, implementation, operations, and marketing of BT Counterpane's product and service line. Earlier he served as Vice President of Security and Business Continuity for AT&T Corp. There, Doug formed an organization that developed and launched new security services for each of the company's business lines of service - commercial, government, wholesale - as well providing direction for the business continuity practice that delivered solutions for AT&T and its clients.
Doug started his career in the US Air Force working under the direct command of the Joint Chiefs of Staff at the Pentagon. After the military, he moved into the private sector and held positions in sales, operations, engineering, product management and business development for companies such as Sprint, FLAG Telecom, Telenet, and Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC). He founded Technology Research International, Inc. in 1989, which was purchased by NBC Broadcasting in 1991. He is currently a member of IEEE, AHIMA, and the IATF Forum. | |  | | |  | |

Kathleen Roberge, SVP Business Development |
 | | |  | | |  | Ms. Roberge joined Perimeter in 1999 and is responsible for developing and managing Perimeter's Direct Sales Group, Channel Development Group, and the Marketing Group. Prior to joining Perimeter, Ms. Roberge developed and managed inside and outside sales team for Nextel Communications in two new markets. For the last 15 years, her experience has included sales management, sales training, direct sales, direct marketing, business strategy development, business alliance development and new product development. Ms. Roberge is a graduate of Fairfield University in Fairfield, CT with a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communications and Marketing. She currently serves as President of the Association of Financial Technology (AFT) (www.aftweb.com) and is a current member of the Bank Compliance Association of Connecticut. | |  | | |  | |

Kevin Prince, Chief Technology Officer, Perimeter |
 | | |  | | |  | Named Chief Technology Officer of Perimeter in 2009, Kevin Prince spearheads the company’s technology strategy and leads the technical team, in working closely with its customers to manage all of the complexity and compliance requirements of securing information across the enterprise.
With more than 19 years of expertise in Information Technology and 11 years focused on Internet security, Mr. Prince is an evangelist on Internet security topics including network security threats, fraud, identity theft, cyber terrorism and data breaches. Through regular speaking engagements, webinars, whitepapers and blog postings, Mr. Prince is dedicated to educating organizations on how to manage information complexity, meet increasingly stringent compliance and security requirements and mitigate risk. Mr. Prince has trained federal examiners for several years.
Kevin was founder and CEO of Red Cliff Solutions, an Internet security company started in 2000 focused on financial institution security. In 2006, Red Cliff Solutions was acquired by Perimeter eSecurity and Mr. Prince assumed the position of Chief Security Officer. Prior to founding Red Cliff Solutions, Mr. Prince was Sr. Network Engineer at Intellispan, a secure remote access company (later acquired by McCloud USA) where he helped develop and roll out a nationwide secure remote access network. Previously, Mr. Prince served as the Senior Network Project Lead at National Computer Systems.

Thomas Neclerio – Chief Information Security Officer |
 | | |  | | |  | Credentials: CISSP As Chief Information Security Officer for Perimeter, Tom is responsible for the Perimeter’s internal security and compliance program as well as the everyday operation of Perimeters’ professional services group. Tom’s experience in security and regulatory compliance includes over 12 years of aiding individual financial institutions in meeting their regulatory compliance requirements by working closely with FDIC, Federal Reserve Bank, OCC, OTS and NCUA examiners. In addition to helping outside institutions meet their regulatory compliance, Tom continuously interfaces with various industry regulators as part of Perimeter’s compliance program.
Before joining Perimeter, Tom was Co-founder and EVP of Security of Guarded Networks, a highly successful MSSP focused on the community financial market that merged with Perimeter in 2004. As EVP for Security, Tom was responsible for the strategic direction behind the managed security and consulting practices for Guarded Networks. Prior to Guarded Networks, Tom was tasked with co-creating Arthur Andersen's Network Security Competence Team. In this role Tom was responsible for managing the daily activities of network security engagements and acting as a technical liaison to senior management of fortune 500 companies.

Sebastian Fazzino, SVP Sales Engineering & Deployment |
 | | |  | | |  | As SVP, Sales Engineering & Deployment, Mr. Fazzino's primary objective is to facilitate a smooth transition from prospect to client, while ensuring the highest level of precision, caring and trust through the sales and deployment processes. Mr. Fazzino manages and leads both Sales Engineering and the deployment teams, which consist of Security Network and Application SME's, Project Managers, Project Coordinators, and Engineers.
Prior to joining Perimeter, Mr. Fazzino was Vice President, Chief Technology Officer for one of the largest marketing and integrated business strategy companies in North America, servicing Fortune 1000 clients. Mr. Fazzino has experience in managing enterprise financial systems, data centers, complex WANs & LANs, network operations and technical support services in complex, multi-platform environments. Additionally, he is an active member of the following security organizations: InfraGard, ISSA, and ISACA.

Bill Knight - SVP, Client Support & Services |

His teams are responsible for ensuring Perimeter's services are provided to our clients with the highest level of security, performance, and availability. Bill brings over 16 years of experience in technology working within the IT outsourcing, Banking, Textile, and Aeronautical sectors. Prior to Perimeter eSecurity, Bill held the position of VP, Operations for iReadyWorld, a managed service provider. iReadyWorld provided 24/7 outsourced turnkey IT services to small and mid-sized businesses. Prior to iReadyWorld, Bill was employed at Wachovia (First Union) and was an AVP of Operations responsible for design and support of distributed application architecture for online banking and global B2B applications. | |  | | |  | |
