The outgoing message is captured by the MailSafe Portal, denying a potential attacker access to the message. The Portal sends an email to the intended recipient notifying them that a secure email awaits them, while also notifying the sender when the recipient has been notified. The recipient can easily access the message with a username and password, and the sender is notified that the message has been viewed. Perimeter has customized MailSafe Portal to integrate with IMM's TotaleAtlas. IMM's TotaleAtlas is a browser based document presentment application. XML host data is merged with the documents and presented to the user. Intuitive document selection is pre-determined by institution defined options that serve up the proper documents required for lending or customer related documents. All fields that were not populated from the host database are filled from the screen so that the entire document is completed. TotaleAtlas includes the SigAssure software that creates an achievable and indexed document(s) from fully populated and signed eAtlas forms. Documents that require signatures are signed using a digital signature pad. Once the signatures have been applied, approved and submitted, the document(s) is stored as a non-editable, auto-indexed and appended (if multiple documents) PDF. Prior to the automation of these documents IMM's clients would typically use overnight delivery services to forward the financial documents, costing time and money. The combination of IMM's and Perimeter's technology allows clients to lower document delivery costs and reduce delivery time.
