Managed Bandwidth and Internet Services Based on the needs of the customer, Perimeter will provision and manage a connection to the Perimeter Network Operation Center (NOC) in addition to the appropriate redundant Internet access. By virtue of this connection to Perimeter's NOC, the customer receives the benefit of Perimeter's built-in redundancies (technologies, data centers and bandwidth) as well as immediate access to Perimeter's additional services. Bandwidth speeds can range from 64Kbps to DS3. Connections and hardware provided are managed 24/7 by Perimeter. Redundant Internet Connections Perimeter's Gateway Security services offers multiple Internet connections through its primary data center as well as connection to a Disaster Recovery "Hot Site" to insure that Internet connectivity can be continuous. Because the Internet connectivity is located centrally, reactions to real time threats from the Internet can be controlled 24/7 at Perimeter's data center by Perimeter's security engineers. 24x7x365 Management Perimeter will provide 24/7 management on connections, routers, security devices and Internet access in order to provide the customer with proactive and immediate problem diagnosis and resolution. Providing 24/7 management allows Perimeter to guarantee continuous uptime and rapid resolution to any issues that occur in addition to providing bandwidth utilization reports and trend analysis and providing the highest service level agreement guarantees. |
