Our Security Analysts are immediately notified of any security or connectivity issues, and take appropriate action, including configuration changes, network troubleshooting, and customer notification.

The most visible component of the Perimeter Firewall service is our comprehensive reporting. We have an on-line web portal for instant access to your data for reporting and compliance purposes:

• All network activity, including network access and usage
• Any attempted breaches of security 
• A modification log of configuration changes made to the firewall at the customer's request
